DELIVERY INFORMATION

Singapore Delivery

OWELL’s in-house delivery department handles all local deliveries. Products will be shipped within 2-3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

All local orders above $70 will enjoy complimentary local delivery. A flat SGD$10 delivery fee will apply for all orders below $70.

International Delivery

All international deliveries are handled by FedEx. Products will be shipped within 1 working day after verification of payment. FedEx will provide a tracking number of the parcel to the customers.

We will accordingly include freight charges by FedEx for different products and locations in the invoice. Kindly note that top-ups will be further advised in the event of remote delivery locations. Your items should reach you within two weeks, depending on customs checking or any other unforeseen circumstances.
